Before Payment

Ensure your abstract/paper has been accepted.
Confirm your registration category (Academia / Industry / Student).
Check applicable fees for Early Bird or Regular registration.
Keep your paper ID and author details ready.

During Payment

Use the official bank details provided on the conference website.
Mention your name + paper ID in the payment reference.
Save the transaction receipt or screenshot.
Note down the transaction/reference number.

After Payment

Fill the Payment Submission Form (Google Form link).
Upload the payment receipt along with your paper ID.
Wait for payment verification (typically 2–3 working days).
You will receive an official Registration Confirmation Email.
